Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery will take an additional 1–8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping is always free on orders of $50 or more and is applied automatically at checkout.
For orders under $50, we offer standard shipping within the U.S. for $4.90.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used eye masks unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@revitalist15.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement as processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

Yes, our heated eye masks can be worn during a cold plunge. However, if the mask is submerged or exposed to water, the self-heating process will stop and the mask will no longer generate warmth.
No, our self-heating eye masks are designed for single use only. Once the natural oxidation process that produces gentle heat and steam is complete, it cannot be reactivated. Please discard the mask after use.
Yes, this is completely normal. As the self-heating process completes, the mask may feel slightly stiff. This is a natural result of the oxidation reaction and is nothing to be concerned about.
